1. New Client Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential clients across domestic and international markets.
• Proactively reach out through exhibitions, trade platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
• Present the companys product portfolio and capabilities to prospective clients effectively.

2. Market Research & Lead Generation:

• Conduct in-depth research on market trends, buyer behaviour, and industry developments.
• Analyse competitor activities to identify white space and emerging opportunities.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Build meaningful relationships with new leads, understand their requirements, and tailor offerings accordingly.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and updates.

4. Proposal Development:

• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling product presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Ensure accuracy in technical details, pricing, and timelines.

5. Order Coordination & Handover:

• Coordinate internally post-order confirmation to ensure smooth handover to execution/production teams.
• Provide support during initial order cycles to build confidence with new clients.

6. Follow-up & Closure:

• Maintain consistent follow-up to drive proposal conversions.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure proper documentation.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, and progress reports.
• Share regular reports on client acquisition status and market feedback.
