We work closely with corporates, SMEs, startups, and logistics providers to meet their infrastructure needs. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Property Sourcing: Identify and build a strong pipeline of commercial properties available for sale, lease, or rent—including warehouses, industrial sheds, factories, and modern office spaces in Delhi NCR. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Target and onboard potential business clients including manufacturing companies, logistics firms, startups, IT companies, and large enterprises seeking commercial real estate solutions. Property Showcasing & Coordination: Organize and lead property site visits. Effectively communicate property features aligned with client requirements, ensuring professional engagement. Deal Negotiation & Closure: Handle negotiations between property owners and business clients. Draft and support the execution of commercial lease/sale agreements. Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Market Analysis: Stay informed about real estate trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and upcoming commercial projects in Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, and other parts of NCR. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or business development. Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial property segments including warehouses, industrial zones, and commercial office spaces. Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, property portals, and MS Office Suite. Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
