Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Marvellous metal, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the manufacturing sector. You will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals. This role demands a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and products to effectively communicate with clients and meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets.

- Client Acquisition: Identify and target new customers in the manufacturing industry. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including technical aspects, to effectively advise and sell to clients.

- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients to maximize profitability.

- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competition.

- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the management team.

- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and R&D, to ensure client needs are met.

- Follow-up: Manage post-sale activities, including order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and industry standards.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

(hardware product experience first priority)

- Technical understanding of the manufacturing process.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
