Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Drive sales and business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new distribution channels and partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.

Product Development & Positioning:

• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop new product concepts and enhance existing offerings.
• Position products effectively in the market by understanding competitor strategies.

Marketing & Branding Support:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to nutraceuticals and FMCG products.
• Maintain records of business transactions, contracts, and agreements.
