Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Onboard Forex Agents onto our platform through calls and meetings.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team/Associate.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

• Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree

  with

  0 to 5 years of experience

  in

  field sales

  , preferably in

  CASA acquisition, DSA networks, insurance sales, or other financial products/services

  .
• Should have a

  strong local network

  within the

  banking, insurance, or financial sales ecosystem

  , including

  DSAs, field agents, channel partners, and local financial advisors

  .
• Prior experience in a

  target-driven sales environment

  , with a proven track record in

  client acquisition, relationship building, or lead conversion

  .

• Proficient in MS Office

  , especially

  Excel and PowerPoint

  .
