Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Buisness Development Manager, located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within an assigned geographical area, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include leading the sales team, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments for seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Sales Management, Sales Strategies, and Achieving Sales Targets skills
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Market Research and Identifying Sales Opportunities skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the FMCG or food industry is a plus
• Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
