About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients a Business Development Manager to support international student recruitment initiatives. This is a full-time, salaried position focused on partnership development, enrolment support, and business growth through ethical, compliant recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with student recruitment agencies and education providers
• Support enrolment targets through structured collaboration with internal teams
• Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and partners
• Analyse feedback and performance data to improve services and outcomes
• Support programme management teams to enhance enrolment efficiency
• Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
• Present offerings to potential partners and support commercial discussions
• Provide insights into market trends, product positioning, and competitiveness

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in business development or partnership management
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required for business purposes
