Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the multi-level team across diverse industry verticals. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.


Note -

  • Travelling will be extensive across India.
  • He will be representing brands for the institutional division at an India level.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop market insights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field


Qualifications

  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Planning, and Negotiation
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to meet business objectives
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate gifting is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Flexibility to travel as needed within the assigned region
