Role & responsibilities

- Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales, focus on converting clients for the Franchise module.

- Team Management & Training: Lead and train the business development team.

- B2B Sales: Foster B2B relationships, generate leads, and close deals.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.

- Franchise Expansion: Focus on expanding the franchise network.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strategy & Planning: Contribute to business growth strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in business development, sales, or related field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Experience in B2B sales and franchise development preferred.

- Market research and analysis skills.

- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
