Company Description

NoteG Technologies is an IT Product and Software Services company building Sampark, a modern WebRTC-based communication platform. We also develop end-to-end custom software solutions, mobile apps, SaaS applications, AI/ML features, and enterprise solutions for clients across India and internationally.

We are now looking for a high-energy, sincere, and self-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our product (Sampark) and our software services business.

If you love talking to clients, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals — this role is for you.


Role Overview

As a Junior BDM, you will handle the complete sales cycle:

  • Lead generation
  • Reaching out to Indian & international clients
  • Pitching Sampark + Software services
  • Running demos
  • Writing proposals/SOWs
  • Client follow-ups
  • Closing deals
  • Coordinating with the tech team

You will be the first sales hire, so this role brings high responsibility, ownership, and growth potential.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, and other tools
  • Research industries that need WebRTC solutions, IT services, SaaS development, or custom software
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline

Sales Activities

  • Conduct product demos of Sampark
  • Explain technical concepts in simple language
  • Send proposals, quotations, and SOWs
  • Follow up regularly with clients and maintain relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Understand client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for planning
  • Draft professional emails, project summaries, and requirements documents

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM or Excel pipelines
  • Create weekly progress reports
  • Document all communication and prospect updates


Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / SaaS / B2B
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence on calls/Zoom
  • Familiar with LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach
  • Ability to follow up aggressively and close deals
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement
  • Understanding of basic technical concepts (API, SDK, integrations, mobile app/web app terminology)

Good to Have

  • Experience selling IT services to international clients
  • Exposure to WebRTC, communication platforms, or cloud products
  • Experience using tools like Apollo, Lusha, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS pricing and sales cycles
