Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of insurance advisors or agency partners.
  • Drive business through advisor/channel partner network.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the team.
  • Analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum

    25 years

    of experience in insurance (Agency Channel preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
