Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand client relationships at our advertising agency. This role requires strong sales, marketing, and communication skills to identify new business opportunities, secure partnerships, and manage key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Lead presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Conduct field visits and market research to identify new opportunities, assess client needs, and build relationships.
Collaborate with the creative and account teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes to keep the agency competitive.
Provide feedback from field visits and client meetings to inform strategy and business development efforts.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in the advertising industry.
Strong understanding of marketing, digital media, and advertising trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits to meet clients and explore business opportunities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to business growth.
