Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Building business relationships and proactively supporting partners, Internal team & customers. Achieving the designated sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Developing the business by identifying qualified opportunities and converting them into sustainable business
  • Responsible for engaging with current clientele, prospecting for new leads, and delivering presentations showcasing the company's diverse technical services offerings.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers Preparing and executing business plans and bids, identifying and developing new market opportunities in the assigned geographical area and segments Gather market trends and competitive landscape in your region to provide input to the strategic planning process.
  • Generating demand for JEFs Technical Services through a constant and tailored approach towards Petrochemical, Power ,Oil & Gas Utilities, Consultant's, EPC Firms, Process Industries and Engineering Studies & Consultancy.
  • Conduct site or field visits and communicate with new and potential customers through phone calls.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering background, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1-7 year experience in the electrical sales field.
  • Proven professional experience in Electrical products/ technical sales.
  • Ability to drive and travel extensively around the region and outside the base location upon the business requirements.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and work cohesively with the stakeholders to maximize output.
  • Good oral & written communication in English, good oral communication in Hindi & Regional Language are essential.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, good organization skills, problem solving and analytical skill.
  • The ideal candidate should be a proven performer who has delivered the result consistently. Collaborate effectively with estimation, Marketing, and execution teams to fulfill customer needs as a cross-functional team player.
