Job Summary

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead

    the full sales cycle, from continuously prospecting new business opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring sales quotas are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Develop and manage reports

    to provide actionable insights for decision-making on account strategy, actively leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data (like Salesforce) for forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Ensure compliance

    with organizational policies and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert to align Iron Mountain solutions with customer business objectives.

  • Proven ability to

    drive revenue growth

    through strategic selling, account management, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

  • Strong knowledge

    of customer business needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Iron Mountain's value proposition.

  • Proven ability

    in negotiation, strategic thinking, and building long-term, high-value relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in

    Salesforce or similar CRM tools

    for managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
