Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors, driving new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for IoT solutions, focusing on client acquisition and long-term business relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the manufacturing and healthcare industries, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique IoT needs and challenges.
  • Solution Selling:

    Present and demonstrate IoT solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations and proposals to meet specific customer needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead negotiations, draft contracts, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering on promised results.
  • Market Insights & Trends:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IoT, manufacturing, and healthcare to identify emerging opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with the product, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and support for customers.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    4-5 years of business development experience in the IoT domain, with a proven track record of successfully managing sales and building relationships in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of IoT solutions and technologies, with the ability to articulate their benefits to manufacturing and healthcare clients.
  • Sales Skills:

    Strong sales acumen with experience in lead generation, client presentations, proposal development, and closing high-value deals.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated:

    Highly driven and self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education:

    A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
