Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Multivision Wizards Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's international sales operations. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities in global markets, maintaining strong client relationships, and executing the full sales cycle to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in international markets. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with global clients and channel partners. - Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales approach and outcomes. - Keep accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales pipeline using CRM tools. - Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings abroad. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
