Business Development Manager -International Clients & New Business Networks

Location: Navi Mumbai (Hybrid) | Company: Austix Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

Austix Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., a leading RPSL-licensed company in hospitality and cruise workforce development, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our international partnerships and strengthen our global presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with international hospitality groups, manning agencies & cruise networks
• Develop new business across the Middle East, Europe & Asia-Pacific
• Lead global discussions, online meetings & collaborations
• Analyze global trends and support strategic business initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to align overseas client requirements
• Draft proposals, MoUs & partnership frameworks
• Drive new client acquisition and meet quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in international business development (hospitality/cruise/manpower preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Ability to manage cross-cultural relationships
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Hospitality or related field
