Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through networking, market research, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base in IT, data centers, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell UPS systems, industrial batteries, cooling solutions, and related products.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth
• Team Management and Leadership:
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring continuous professional development.
• Set clear performance goals and regularly review progress with the team.

Preferred candidate profile

As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our wide range of products and services. Candidates with a background in IT or Electrical background will have a distinct advantage due to the technical nature of our offerings.
