About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in IT staffing and exceptional relationships with clients in Dubai and Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth by leveraging your strong network to expand our client base and business operations in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key IT clients in Dubai and Canada.
Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for IT staffing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and clients.
Negotiate and close contracts with clients.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment sales.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with Dubai and Canada clients.
Strong network within the IT recruitment industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
