Job Summary Salary Range: 3.5 -6 LPA Location: Agra, Ambala, Barielly, Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ludhiana, Meerut, Moradabad Years of Experience Required: 2-6 years Notice Period: immediate to 30 day Mode of interview: F2F Responsibilities Recruit and manage a team of agency leaders and agents. Ensure recruitment targets for agency leaders and agents are exceeded. Maintain compliance with IRDA guidelines. Enhance agent and nancial executive capabilities and performance. Support sales promotion activities and overall agency operations. Skills Must-Have Skills Selling Skills Relationship Building Skills Coaching and Developing Teams Result Orientation Resilience Discipline 2 years of Agency sales experience. Qualifications Academic Qualifications: Minimum Graduation required; MBA is preferred. Experience: Over all experience of 4-6 years with management and sales experience.
