The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general and health insurance and will be responsible for managing insurance operations, handling client servicing, and coordinating with insurance companies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the general and health insurance vertical. Handle client servicing, policy renewals, claims follow-up, and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance company partners. Coordinate for quotes, underwriting, and policy issuance. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (IRDAI). Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in general/health insurance sales or servicing. Good understanding of products across leading insurers. Strong relationship management and communication skills. IRDA License (General Insurance) preferred.
