🚨 We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE) – Lucknow / Chandigarh | GoFlo 🚨
GoFlo, a growing leader in the water solutions industry, is looking for dynamic and experienced Business Development Executives to join our team in Lucknow and Chandigarh. If you have a strong sales background in the real estate, piping, or water industry, we want to hear from you!
📍 Location: Lucknow / Chandigarh
📅 Experience: 3 – 5 Years
🎓 Qualification: B. Tech (Civil / Mechanical preferred)
🔑 Key Result Areas:
* Understand GoFlo’s product line to meet and exceed annual sales targets
* Generate leads through site visits to Architects, MEP consultants, Developers, and Builders
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
* Research and identify new business avenues and opportunities
* Share quotations, samples, and catalogues; coordinate with decision-makers
* Track project progress and market activity; report to management regularly
* Deliver excellent customer service, CRM updates, and MIS reports
* Negotiate deals, follow up on orders, and promote product specifications
* Conduct on-field product training for new regional hires
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
👤 Candidate Profile:
* Smart, energetic, and responsible with strong verbal & written communication
* Proven business development skills, especially in real estate, infra, or piping sectors
* Experienced in dealing with PMCs, contractors, and builders
* Excellent presentation & MS Office skills (PPTs, Excel, Word)
* Industry Preference: Water Purifiers, Pipe Manufacturers (e.g., Kimplas, Supreme, Astral, Prince)
* Knowledge of HDPE / MDPE is an advantage
* Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for local travel
* Positive attitude, self-starter, and a collaborative team player
