Your Role

The Business Development Manager- Global Health is responsible for driving business development efforts for the organization’s global health business unit. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global health markets, strong sales acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles in a mission-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments in the global health sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, international organizations, and private sector partners.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and position the organization’s offerings as effective solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms that align with the organization's goals.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Education, Qualification and Skills Needed
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidates with BDS, MBBS or equivalent medical degree will be preferred.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales or business development. Preferably in Public Health, Health Tech, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate multicultural environments and work effectively with diverse teams.

Pune or Delhi NCR, India with WFH flexibility
