Position: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, retention, and business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct field sales activities, meeting clients, and promoting the companys products/services.
Deliver effective presentations to clients, showcasing company offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and strategies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business performance.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of hardcore field sales experience, preferably in the banking sector.
MBA from a recognized institute.
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Optional but Preferred):

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
Proficient in MS Office tools.
