• 3–6 years’ experience in

  Business Development / Sales

  within Talent Acquisition

  , Executive Search

• Proven success in winning

  new business

  from IT/ITES, Global Shared Services, or Management Consulting firms
• Strong track record in closing

  B2B enterprise deals

• In-depth understanding of

  talent needs in consulting, IT, and digital-transformation

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strategic, consultative mindset with solution-driven approach
• Proficiency in

  CRM platforms
