This is a full-time on-site role located in Kapashera. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities & Sales, maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to expand market presence, and achieving sales targets. This role will involve market research, proposal creation, client presentations, and negotiation of contracts. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
