Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kapashera. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities & Sales, maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to expand market presence, and achieving sales targets. This role will involve market research, proposal creation, client presentations, and negotiation of contracts. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the courier and cargo industry is a plus
