Job Description

We are hiring a high-performing Business Development Manager BPO with proven experience in acquiring new business, driving revenue growth, and expanding BPO operations across PAN India. The role demands strong domain expertise in BPO services, strategic thinking, and aggressive execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Drive new business acquisition in BPO/BPM services across domestic and enterprise clients
  • Identify, qualify, and close new revenue opportunities through structured sales processes
  • Demonstrate core expertise in BPO business, including voice, non-voice, and blended processes
  • Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies
  • Generate and manage qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain PAN India client connects with CXOs and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Solutioning, Finance, Delivery) to ensure smooth deal closure and onboarding
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations aligned with client requirements
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and growth targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Demonstrate an aggressive, dynamic, and result-oriented mindset to go beyond assigned targets
