Job Title: Business Development Manager – FIBC / PP / BOPP / Woven Sacks Products
Department: Sales and Marketing
Industry: FIBC Bulk Packaging
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 5 to 10+ years in FIBC or Bopp sales and marketing
Qualification: MBA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Purpose:
To drive sales and marketing strategies for FIBC Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container products, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market expansion, and brand growth. This role requires strong product knowledge, strategic planning, and effective communication to convert leads into business opportunities and maintain long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through planning and proactive client engagement
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the FIBC product segment
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of FIBC products and specifications
  • Strengthen the brand presence of FIBC products across target markets
  • Define and communicate unique selling propositions of FIBC offerings
  • Provide updates to customers on order status, delivery, and dispatch plans
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
  • Generate leads and convert them into business through networking and follow ups
  • Use digital marketing tools such as email campaigns, social media, and web presence to boost visibility
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, customer trends, and new opportunities

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in FIBC sales and marketing minimum 5 to 10+ years
  • Good understanding of FIBC product specifications and technical details
  • Leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate sales team
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including social media, email marketing, and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and negotiations
  • Analytical mindset to assess market data and customer needs
  • Self motivated, result oriented, and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
