– 3+ years of agency experience
– Strong connects in lifestyle, fashion and FMCG and PR/Marketing background
– Prior experience in closing deals & handling clients
– Spotting high-potential business leads and turning them into wins
– Reading the market and staying 5 steps ahead of trends
– Building a strong pipeline of clients and pitching like a pro
– Smashing monthly and quarterly targets (yes, we track!)
– Following up like a closer and converting like one too
– Keeping clients happy – sometimes, in just one call
