Business Development Manager

Technical competency:

12 to 15 years hands-on experience in sales management, customer management & business generation

Excellent command over spoken and written communication skills

Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposals and offering suitable solutions based on the tender specifications

Business Development experience in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) in automation industry having electrical switchgear, embedded controller products, PLCs, computers, Drives, VFDs, Electronic control systems preferably in marine domain

Previous experience on Electronic Control System design / Project management will be an added advantage

Experience in defence domain will be an added advantage

Role Synopsis:

Designing & implementing the business development strategies that is focused at organisation objective

Periodically review the sales plan and strategy with the key stake holders

Keep abreast of organisations product line, competitors and new development.

Arrange business development meetings with the existing and new customers

Develop thorough research to identify new markets

Maintain records of sales, revenue and sales

Maintain cordial relationship with the existing customers/channel partners
