Position: Business Development Manager Location: Noida Extn. Sec-1, Near Gaur City, Noida 201306 Experience: 3+ years in Business Development within the Events Industry Industry: Event Management / BTL / Experiential Marketing Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the events and experiential marketing space. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies. Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge. Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on profitability and long-term partnerships. Represent the company at industry networking events, exhibitions, and meetings. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development in the Events industry. Strong network and client connections in corporate and brand sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the events industry.
