Key Responsibilities. 1. Market research for potential business opportunities through the internet/exhibitions/business meets/ personal contacts & database.
2. Preparing business presentations(ppt)
3. Shortlisting the prospective companies to approach.
4. Sending introductory mails to the listed contacts.
5. Telephonic discussions/cold calls with the contacts to which the intro mails have already been sent.
6. Understanding their requirements, processing the NDAs/agreements.
7. Generating the RFQs
8. Forwarding the RFQ to the internal team for further process.
9. Follow up with internal team for quotations/queries regarding the RFQ generated.
10. Submit RFQ to customers and follow up for closure - Order finalization or regret the RFQ.
11. Kick off meeting with CFT to handover PO
12. Arranging customer visits.
13. Visiting the customer place on need basis.
14. Maintain procurement portals Both Govt & Pvt always live.
