Description

Building business relationships with new and potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Regular follow up on the assigned leads.
Convert prospective leads into sales.
Close prospective leads and achieve the assigned monthly target.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information (CRM, Excel, etc.) .
Create efficient & effective Lead Conversion strategies
Collaborate with Reporting Manager on Business Development goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Required Candidate Profile

Decent Communication skills
Dynamic and energetic personality
Candidate should be able to think out of the box
Candidate should have convincing and negotiation skills
