Admissions & Enrollment Growth

Drive student recruitment and achieve admission targets across different programs.
Design and implement effective admission campaigns (online and offline).
Monitor enrollment data and prepare reports to track progress against goals.

Marketing & Branding

Oversee branding, outreach, and promotional activities to enhance visibility.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, events, and school/college fairs.
Develop marketing collaterals and promotional content in coordination with the academic and creative teams.

Partnerships & Networking

Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporate, and educational consultants.
Establish collaborations with external organizations for internships, placements, and academic tie-ups.
Represent the institution at conferences, expos, and education fairs.

Revenue & Business Expansion

Identify opportunities for new revenue streams (short-term courses, online programs, skill development workshops).
Propose and implement initiatives for financial sustainability and growth.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to gain an edge in the market.

Team Management

Lead and mentor the admissions and business development teams.
Assign clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
Conduct regular training to improve communication, counseling, and sales skills.

Operational Excellence

Standardize admission and counseling processes across branches.
Ensure timely reporting, MIS updates, and data-driven decision-making.
