Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on projects across platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru).
  • Generate leads for

    Web, Mobile, AI/ML, and Blockchain

    projects.
  • Create winning proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with the technical team to align business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of proven experience in bidding and business development on online portals.
  • Strong understanding of IT services:

    Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Blockchain

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
