Elevate Biz Hub is hiring a Full-Time Business Sevelopment Manager on behalf of one of our premium Dubai-based real estate clients.
Previous calling experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory for this role.
This position is ideal for professionals who are confident on the phone, understand Dubai property buyers/investors, and can handle both warm and cold leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Make daily outbound calls to warm & cold leads
• Handle Dubai real estate buyer & investor inquiries
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine requirements
• Book site visits & appointments for the sales team
• Update and manage lead data in CRM
• Perform structured follow-ups to improve conversions
• Consistently achieve call, appointment & conversion targets

Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 1 year calling experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market & lead handling
• Excellent spoken English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
• Strong persuasion, objection handling & closing skills
• Target-driven, disciplined & professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
