Manage and integrate CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared) for: - Lead scoring and nurturing - Automation workflows and funnel optimisation - API/webhook integrations and data enrichment (Clearbit, Apollo.io) Improve landing page conversions (CRO) through A/B testing, UX/UI optimisation , and SEO alignment. Utilise AI-driven campaign optimisation and data-based insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with creative, sales, and tech teams to align campaign goals with overall business strategy. Skills & Experience 4–6 years of performance marketing or campaign management experience. Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, and native ad platforms . Strong analytical proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking . Experience with CRM automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared). Sound understanding of CRO, UX/UI, SEO , and A/B testing techniques . Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication and project-management skills. Prior experience in Dubai real estate or luxury marketing is highly preferred.
