Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at our leading EdTech organization in Mysore, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center. Your strong background in EdTech sales, team management, and center operations will be essential for this role. You will lead a team of 1025 members, oversee day-to-day operations, and work towards meeting enrollment and sales targets to drive revenue growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mysore center. - Drive revenue growth by meeting enrollment and sales targets. - Handle a team of 1025 members including sales, academic counselors, and support staff. - Conduct regular team reviews, mentoring, and performance appraisals. - Coordinate with marketing for local outreach and lead generation campaigns. - Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution of queries/complaints. - Analyze business data to identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Required: - 47 years of work experience in the EdTech industry in a similar BDM or Center Head role. - Proven track record in sales, business development, and team leadership. - Experience in managing large teams and education centers. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory. - Bachelor's or Masters degree in any discipline.
