Business Development Manager- Edutech

As a Business Development Manager at our leading EdTech organization in Mysore, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Mysore center to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Driving revenue growth by meeting enrollment and sales targets through strategic planning and execution. - Managing a team of 1025 members, including sales, academic counselors, and support staff, by providing guidance, mentoring, and performance appraisals. - Coordinating with the marketing team for local outreach and lead generation campaigns to expand our reach. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners to enhance brand loyalty and reputation. - Analyzing business data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives accordingly. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 7 years of work experience in the EdTech industry, preferably in a similar BDM or Center Head role. - A proven track record in sales, business development, and team leadership, showcasing your ability to drive results. - Experience in managing large teams and education centers, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. - Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory to cater to the local market effectively. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, with an MBA being preferred for this position.
