The ideal candidate should be presentable, fluent in spoken English , and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience in sales or customer service are welcome to apply. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Manage site visits and coordinate between clients and property owners/developers. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and sales records. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and developments. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Confident and well-groomed personality. Basic knowledge of real estate (training can be provided for freshers). Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 0–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field.
