Job Description

As a Business Development Executive/Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales and business development efforts for the company's Services in field of website development, digital marketing, and mobile application development services. Your role involves working closely with the technical and marketing teams to identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in these domains, with the aim of driving growth for the company. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, contributing to the company's marketing strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Job Profile:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the areas of Enterprise level Solutions, IT Products and customized applications, website development, digital marketing, and mobile app development.
  • Building associations/ partners and doing cold calling For Govt. And Private sector organizations.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their business needs and proposing relevant solutions.
  • Data Collection, Calling, Generating Leads

    , handling complete sales process.
  • Responsible for

    Client meeting, Giving Presentation, Product Demonstration, Making Proposals, & Negotiation

  • Developing and presenting proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest solutions.
  • Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's brand.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be a BE. (IT)/MCA/MBA (IT) or any other degree in IT
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in

    IT Services (Web Development, Mobile Apps and Digital Marketing Projects) &

    IT Product

    (LMS, POS & Institutional Sales) .

  • Preferable strong technical background. Should be a

    self and quick learner.

  • Experience to work with

    Government /Private sector for calls and association and generating opportunities and business.

  • Candidates should have

    excellent Communications skills

    .
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Experience in writing Proposals, preparing presentation and giving demonstrations for Web and Mobile App Development services.
  • Must be well versed with RFP/RFQ/RFI process.
  • Should have the ability to convince the client.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Must be Presentable with excellent Communication
  • Being enthusiastic, ambitious and confident
  • Candidate must be from Delhi/NCR only. And must be ready to travel PAN India for meetings.
  • Can join within 15-20 Days
