UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We need to hire a passionate, creative UI/UX Designer having 4 - 5 years of experience to join our collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback Capable of creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) To lead UI/UX initiatives and contribute to product strategy decisions across diverse domains. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience Key Requirements He should have a degree/diploma in Design / Fine Arts / Engineering or related field He must have 4 - 5 experiences of experience to work as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects He must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) He must be proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. with the good concepts of layouts, reusable components etc. which supports in quick and faster designs. He must pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics He must have proficiency in designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications. He must have a good experience in creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries. He should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can clearly articulate his ideas, designs, and suggestions He should be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different teams/stakeholders
