Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through

  domestic staffing & IT client acquisition

  .
• Understand IT skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.) and align them with client needs.
• Manage

  end-to-end client engagement

  – requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Handle

  C2C (Corp-to-Corp)

  and

  Full-Time staffing requirements

  .
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/business executives to achieve business goals.
• Prepare business plans, strategies, and presentations to acquire new clients.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience

  in Business Development within

  Domestic & IT Staffing

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends

  .
• Proven experience in

  client acquisition, client handling, and closures

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  C2C and Full-Time staffing requirements

  .
• Team handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Strong client network in the IT staffing domain is an added advantage.
