Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager for Domestic IT Staffing at GDK Services in Visakhapatnam, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth in India-based IT recruitment services. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients for IT staffing services in the Indian domestic market. You will also be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients such as IT companies, startups, and enterprises to offer staffing solutions. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by understanding their IT hiring needs will be crucial. Additionally, you will collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely and quality delivery of IT professionals. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients will also be part of your role. Conducting market research to stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities in India will be essential. You will work towards achieving monthly and annual revenue targets and represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and IT industry conferences.
