Descon Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, a channel partner of 3M, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in building material products such as cement, steel, and paint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify potential clients and develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address customer needs
effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the building material
industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
