Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory-wise sales and prescription targets for dermatology products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, trichologists, cosmetologists, and clinics.
  • Conduct effective product detailing, CMEs, and promotional activities to enhance product visibility.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends in dermatology.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily activities, doctor coverage, and territory performance.
  • Adhere to company ethics, compliance norms, and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize digital tools (CRM, e-detailing, virtual calls) to enhance engagement efficiency.
  • Provide feedback from the field to marketing and sales management for strategic planning.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    B.Sc. / B.Pharm / Life Sciences.
  • Experience:

    1 to 2 years in dermatology or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Skills:

    Communication, scientific aptitude, digital fluency, relationship management, and result orientation.
