Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies for market growth, and coordinating with internal teams to align efforts. The position requires conducting market research, preparing business plans, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

• Experience in market research and business planning
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
