Business Development Manager

As a part of the dynamic expansion team at Cult, you will play a crucial role in the growth of Cult.Fit, which is the largest and fastest-growing Fitness Franchise in India. With plans to establish over 400 additional centers offering various fitness services across the country, your main responsibility will be to identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchise partners for center expansion in top-tier-1 and a few tier-2 cities. This position requires a combination of sales expertise and relationship management skills to expand the franchise network while upholding brand standards and supporting the success of franchisees. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating and qualifying leads through digital marketing, trade shows, referrals, and cold outreach - Conducting discovery calls and needs assessments with potential franchisees - Presenting franchise opportunities through compelling presentations and meetings - Guiding prospects through the agreements, compliance, and due diligence processes - Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems - Building strong relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and internal teams - Supporting new franchisees during the onboarding and pre-opening phases - Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand - Analyzing market data to provide insights for territory development and sales strategies Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in franchising, business development, or B2B sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience with CRM systems and sales process management - Understanding of financial analysis and business models - Knowledge of franchise regulations and disclosure requirements is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales technology platforms Join us at Cult and be a part of a team that is dedicated to empowering everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions enabled by technology.,
