Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Business Development Manager who believes in transforming education. As part of a fast-growing start-up, you’ll work directly with senior leadership and have a real say in shaping our India strategy. The key responsibilities in the role will include: Develop and implement growth strategies, sales plans, and marketing initiatives for B2B (schools, institutions) and B2C (parents, students) segments. Identify and build relationships with potential clients—particularly schools and educational institutions across NCR, and potentially beyond NCR Pitch programs and services, conduct product demos, and close deals to meet sales targets. Coordinate offline marketing events and work with social media agencies to launch digital campaigns. Nurture long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients. Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and promotional materials. Requirements Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in educational sales or business development, preferably with exposure to the school ecosystem Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, driven, adaptable, and collaborative. Other: Comfortable with travel and field work as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: Sector 63, Gurgaon - 122018, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
